Congratulations to our Executive Chairman, Richard Bradley, who has been listed in The Manufacturer Top 100 2025.
Now in its 12th year, The Manufacturer Top 100 celebrates the most dynamic leaders and innovators in UK manufacturing, nominated by The Manufacturer’s audience and the wider industrial community, and selected by a panel of industry leaders, academics and manufacturing associations.
Richard has been recognised in the Inspiring Leader category as a figurehead who has created wealth and stable employment at a UK-based manufacturer, while remaining committed to developing the value of the business through its people, processes and technology.
With over 20 years of director-level experience across both UK and European manufacturing, he has been pivotal in Dyer’s evolution into a global partner while consistently championing growth within the sector.
Reflecting on the recognition, he said: “It’s brilliant to be recognised among so many inspiring leaders across UK manufacturing. I’m driven by the opportunity to build great teams and drive meaningful change in our industry and I take real pride in seeing people grow and progress, especially supporting apprentices as they develop into skilled engineers. I’m equally motivated by the role we play in our community and wider region. Through job creation, skills development or industry collaboration, it’s a privilege to contribute to something bigger than ourselves.”
Beyond his achievements at Dyer, Richard is a passionate advocate for the national manufacturing industry. As Chair of the Engineering & Manufacturing Network and a member of the Make UK Regional Advisory Board, he actively drives sector growth. His support of the North East STEM Foundation inspires young people to pursue vital STEM careers, addressing critical skills shortages.
Congratulations from all of us!
