Dyer is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Thompson as Operations Director.
The strategic appointment is part of an ambitious five-year growth strategy aimed at expanding the company’s workforce of 193 by a further 35% by 2030, investing in new machinery and strengthening global partnerships.
Mark brings over 20 years’ experience in senior operational roles within global manufacturers across the construction, off-highway and automotive Tier 1 sectors, and has extensive knowledge of supply chains, process improvement and team leadership.
His background in strategic planning and operational performance will support Dyer as it continues to strengthen processes and deliver for customers worldwide.
In his new role, Mark will lead operations across the business, working closely with the wider team to enhance efficiency, support delivery and ensure Dyer continues to serve critical industries with quality and reliability.
